Language

Calls, chat, documentation and the system interface are in English. Other languages are available on request.

Contract and invoices in euro

We sign a service agreement and invoice in EUR by milestones: a deposit to start, with the rest on delivery. Payment is by bank transfer.

GDPR from day one

We set up cookie consent, privacy texts and only the data the product needs. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Hosting in the EU

We deploy to an EU data centre through Hetzner, OVH or your provider. You own the accounts, the code and the data.

Working hours overlap

Kyiv is one hour ahead of Berlin, Paris and Rome, so the whole working day overlaps. We use Telegram, WhatsApp or email, whichever you use.

The price depends on scope, integrations and timeline. We prepare an exact estimate after a free review of your task. The number of modules, the complexity of integrations with your accounting system (API or CSV export) and banks, and the volume of data to migrate define the scope.

Off-the-shelf ERP or custom development: which is cheaper over 3 years?
