These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website artbrain.studio (hereinafter – "Site"), owned and operated by Artbrain (hereinafter – "Company"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, design, code, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Artbrain or used under license. Copying, distribution, or modification of Site materials without prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.
We display Google Maps reviews on the homepage. Use of this content is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.
Site information and free tools are provided "as is". The calculator, brief generator, quiz and audit give estimates only. They are not offers or promises of a price, scope or result.
Each project is governed by an individual contract that sets the scope, price, deadlines and other terms. Payments are made in EUR by milestones set in that contract. Ownership of project code is handed over after final payment, unless the contract says otherwise.
We may change these Terms. Changes take effect when published on this page.
Ukrainian law governs use of this site. A client contract may set another governing law and venue for disputes.
