2. Agree the first stage
We put the scope, priorities and integrations in writing. You know what is included before we quote the work.

3. Build and review
Anton and the team build the agreed work. You see progress and can review it while the project is moving.

We test the agreed flows with you, fix issues found in that work and prepare the release.

Launch
We put the agreed version live and hand over the access and project information you need.

Support after launch
Support starts at €200 a month and covers monitoring, backups, security updates and small changes. We can support an existing site too.

Language
Calls, chat, documentation and the system interface are in English. Other languages are available on request.

Contract and invoices in euro
We sign a service agreement and invoice in EUR by milestones: a deposit to start, with the rest on delivery. Payment is by bank transfer.

GDPR from day one
We set up cookie consent, privacy texts and only the data the product needs. A data processing agreement is available on request.

Hosting in the EU
We deploy to an EU data centre through Hetzner, OVH or your provider. You own the accounts, the code and the data.

Working hours overlap
Kyiv is one hour ahead of Berlin, Paris and Rome, so the whole working day overlaps. We use Telegram, WhatsApp or email, whichever you use.

Who we are
We are a studio from Kharkiv, Ukraine, working since 2018 with remote clients in Greece, Italy, Romania and the USA. Every project is delivered turnkey and stays under our support after launch: 60 days are included, then a monthly plan.
